Zawartość kompatybilna z TSW wydana dla poprzedniej wersji Train Sim World® – funkcje mogą być takie same jak we wcześniejszym wydaniu, przez co nie będzie można korzystać ze wszystkich nowych opcji. Uwaga: Train Sim World 2: Isle of Wight NIE jest wymagane do grania w ten dodatek. Do elektrycznego zespołu trakcyjnego Island Line 2022: BR Class 484 dołączona zostaje zmodernizowana wersja tej trasy. Isle of Wight to wyjątkowe miejsce, na którym wciąż działa przestarzały tabor London Underground. Ostatnim tego przykładem był do niedawna Class 483, uformowany z taboru z 1938 roku. Ale ponieważ te Class 483 miały już ponad 80 lat, trzeba je było jak najszybciej zastąpić. Stworzono więc zamówienie na 5 sztuk Class 484. Ponieważ były to pociągi podziemne, trzeba było unowocześnić tę trasę, aby spełnić wymagania nowej, wyższej floty. Zamówione Class 484 weszły do użytku w listopadzie 2021 roku. Te 2-członowe elektryczne zespoły trakcyjne zachowują duszę metra, ale są też wyposażone w nowoczesne kabiny maszynisty, ulepszone wnętrza, cyfrowe wyświetlacze stacji końcowych oraz nowe reflektory.
