I elfi silvani sono dotati di una AI e di giocatori eccezionali (Passers, Wardancers, catchers, linemen e il Treeman), ma hanno anche giocatori di primo piano: Dolfar Longstride e Jordell Freshbreeze! Gli Elfi sono molto agili e veloci quasi quanto gli Skaven. Evitare di essere placcati è una pura formalità per loro. Soprattutto per i Wardancers la cui abilità di sfondare le difese avversarie è quasi insuperabile. Gli Elfi sono ottimi passers e catchers. Il loro gioco potrebbe diventare un incubo per le squadre meno agili e veloci di loro. Il Treeman è forse il giocatore più forte di tutti in Blood Bowl. È dotato di una straordinaria forza naturale contro cui pochissimi giocatori possono competere. Tuttavia, il Treeman è molto lento e ha la brutta tendenza ad abbarbicarsi al centro del campo. In tal caso, non riuscirà più a muoversi.
