Tabitha Windsock, Two Point Countys allestedsnærværende borgmester, har fået floder og skove tilbage i fokus med sin pludselig interesse for "grønne anliggender". Hun har moral og integritet, men er mest af alt manisk desperat for at beholde borgmesterkæden.
